Fair Work Ombudsman Inquiry

The Fair Work Ombudsman, Anna Booth, has released a video about their inquiry which aims to build a culture of compliance in the disability support sector. She announced that over the past four years the Fair Work Ombudsman has received over 75,000 inquiries and over 2,500 anonymous reports about noncompliance in the disability services sector. They have been told of compliance challenges including high turnover of employees, high use of casual workers, predominantly female worker and strong demand for services.
