Hear Me Out available for Victorians

6th November 2025

The National Justice Project has developed an online complaints guidance tool called ‘Hear Me Out’.

The ‘Hear Me Out’ tool is designed to guide people to the right place to make a complaint. It points people to complaints bodies that are suited to their complaint concerns and guides people through the complaints process step-by-step.

The tool is free and can be accessed here.

The ‘Hear Me Out’ tool was launched in NSW in early 2025 and we are told that it has received positive feedback from those who have used the tool. The Victorian Legal Services Board supported the tool to be developed for use in Victoria.

DSC and places like us such as the Health Complaints Commission and the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission shared written material that the tool’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) capability will use to guide people to the right place.

Why we are sharing this information?

We are sharing this information because we believe that it is important that people know where to go when they have a complaint and are supported throughout the complaint process.

Anyone who is not sure who to contact can still call DSC on 1800 677 342 or fill in our webform.
