We have updated our resource that aims to help people find the right organisation to speak to about their complaint.
Who is it for?
- Anyone who would like to make a complaint about a Victorian disability service or worker.
- Service providers, who are in contact with people who receive disability services and need information about making a complaint.
In partnership with the Victorian Disability Worker Commission, we have updated our Complaints about Victorian Disability Services flyer. This resource helps you to know who to make a complaint to about a disability service or worker.

This brochure if for people making a complaint about Victorian funded disability services. These include, Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) transfer houses, DFFH funded disability services, TAC funded disability services, services for people with a disability delivered through service systems outside the NDIS and all existing clients that have not transitioned to the NDIS.
