We have updated our resource that aims to help people find the right organisation to speak to about their complaint.

Who is it for?

  • Anyone who would like to make a complaint about a Victorian disability service or worker.
  • Service providers, who are in contact with people who receive disability services and need information about making a complaint.

In partnership with the Victorian Disability Worker Commission, we have updated our Complaints about Victorian Disability Services flyer. This resource helps you to know who to make a complaint to about a disability service or worker.

You can download the resource as an A4 sized PDF here: Complaints about Victorian Disability Services – 2024 (140KB)

We have also provided a version for an A5 sized PDF here: A5 size (261KB)

Content is also available in HTML here: https://odsc.vic.gov.au/complaints-about-victorian-disability-services/

This is accessible and allows services to distribute this information by sharing this link.

If these versions are not accessible for you, please contact us.
