We have updated a resource that aims to help people find the right organisation to speak to about their complaint.
Who is it for?
- Anyone who would like to make a complaint about a Victorian disability service.
- Service providers, who are in contact with people who receive disability services and need information about making a complaint.
We have created many resources since we first opened our doors in 2007. One of our more popular resources was the A5 – magnet “Complaints about Victorian Disability Services from 1 July 2019”. We created this when the NDIS Commission commenced in Victoria. It was designed to help people who were transitioning from state funded disability services to the NDIS find the right place to make their complaints.
Almost three years later, and prompted by several request for copies of it, we have updated the resource and made it available online.
You can download the resource as a PDF here: Complaints about Victorian Disability Services – 2022
Content is available in HTML here: https://odsc.vic.gov.au/complaints-about-victorian-disability-services/
This is accessible and allows services to distribute this information by sharing link.
